Great products but customer service needs improvement

I ordered some t-shirts from Electric Umbrella for my family and I. A staff member notified me of the delay on one of the t-shirts. I have received 2 of the 3 t-shirts. 1 was for my mum's birthday. I got a note from the post office saying the sender had not paid the postage. I tried to call Electric Umbrella with no answer several times. I also had to call the post office which was a long wait. I paid the postage charge in the end and collected the goods. I do love my t-shirt as does my mum and she is hard to please. So overall great products but some work is needed on customer service... I will still continue to support this charity as they are a great cause!
