Refreshing and instantaneous customer service
I’ll preference this review with, I haven’t received my order yet, but was gifted a product from here and loved it. Customer service is a BIG deal for me having grown up in the 70’s and 80’s when customer service with courtesy and respect. Nicole has provided just that with a refreshing speed in communication. My error was addressed immediately, with follow on notes to ensure my happiness. Looking forward to our framed pictures. FOLLOW UP 3/28/2025: Framed photos did not disappoint. Beautiful, matched our older frame perfectly. Will order from this company again.
