This service is horrible
This service is horrible. Every time we've used them they have screwed up the order. I don't think they read the comments section so when they place your order that info doesn't get passed on. One time they canceled my order because of a "price difference" and I was not notified that they did not place the order. I used them again last night and after not receiving a confirmation email I emailed them (the only way to contact them) to check the status. They eventually responded and said my order couldn't be placed because the restaurant menu had changed and items were no longer available. I then called the restaurant and placed the order myself, the EXACT SAME order, and nothing was unavailable. Today they responded to my complaint by saying they canceled the order because I didn't respond to their email... Huh? There was a different excuse last night. I'll not use them again.
