Poor reliability/Longevity
My Clarett 4Pre USB is only a few years old. literally went bang and stopped working. It's outside the warranty period - so the only option is an expensive repair. I've had interfaces from MOTU, Audient and other premium manufacturers in the past - which have always been solid performers & lasted more than a few short years. So long Focusrite; I'm switching to Audient. I'm not going to risk a repair or invest in your products in future EDIT. Contacted Focusrite support... The only option is to send it to a company in Glasgow who will charge £75 just to look at it, then £75/hour plus parts (dont forget shipping too). Honestly Focusrite you should get your quality game together - you dont expect a £600 interface to only last a couple of years
