Fast response from the agent who received my email message. However NCP need to improve the quality of the machines they use to charge the NCP clients. The screen should offer the alternative of printing out a receipt on paper or seeing the receipt on the screen so that a screen shot can be taken - Rather than using a link to a QR code that has never worked!
