ECO 4 grant - Poor customer service
Applied, sent in all the relevant information and a survey was set-up for this morning. When a no-show I had to phone them. Spoke to agent, Emma Smith, who then told me I was not eligible despite previous emails saying I was eligible. I had not received an email to this effect, nor told the survey had been cancelled. She claimed to have phoned me several times. This was not true as there was no missed calls from their number. Wasted a whole morning.
