Good advice
We had our appointment - she gave me some good advice about selling houses. We don't need to sell our house to relocate but we have been looking at houses so that is what made me consider getting an offer quickly. The offer was too low, as to be expected really. I haven't been bombarded and pressured though so worth a try!
