A mistake; corrected brilliantly!
Whilst I had an item that I had ordered missing from the original order, I had received an item I did not order, I offered to send this back. The resolution was to keep the item and they items missed was sent out quickly and free of charge. Holly from CS kept me informed all the way and what could have been a bad experience turned into a really pleasurable one! Well done EZ Car Care!
