Works OK but interface can be unclear
I have been using idrive for a week or so. It has successfully backed up two Mac computers and run every night to back up new files. Have not tried restoring any files yet. Things that could be improved: the Mac program interface is not always clear, and important settings are spread around in different sections. In addition, the instructions for the Express (hard drive shipped for an initial backup) are very poor, with instructions for several different tasks all run together.
