I can truly say that I had an excellent service with the Sell my Home team and Bianca my day to day contact was really superb who provided a very friendly and very responsive service. I can certainly say the same for Tom and other members of the team. A buyer was found within 10 days just a little over the asking price and so I really don't think I have any reasons to complain. None of the delays in reaching completion were down to the agent but to do with the responsiveness of the buyer's solicitor's and the speed at which a mortgage provider's offer could be made. I am a very satisfied customer and would not hesitate to recommend their services hugely economising on costs. I realise this review sounds too good to be true but as they say "truth is stranger than fiction!"
