My SNHU experience has been nothing but…

My SNHU experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. I was told by my academic advisor for the last year (since April 2024) that this current term is my last term and that I have no additional classes to take. I have this in writing (via emails and program evaluations) numerous times over the last year, and two weeks before the end of this term, my advisor calls me and says "our system messed up. You actually aren't graduating this term and need more classes." Can you imagine mentally and financially planning to graduate for a whole year, and two weeks before said graduation, you get told oops, our system messed up, so sorry. I am beyond upset by SNHU's incompetence. I am most likely not going to finish my degree now because I do not have the funds, time, or energy to take even more classes. Prior to this fiasco, every term it was something new, some new issue that took WEEKS to MONTHS to figure out, and only because I would constantly email my advisor. Their advisors are not trained properly, nor do they exhibit any type of emotional intelligence. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration and go somewhere else.
