Great armchair but appalling delivery
The armchair took a long time to arrive, and I had to chase up multiple times to find out the delivery date, as it was later than specified. The Armchair was as described on the website and is comfortable. I've deducted 2 stars due to the courier/delivery company used. The armchair was purchased as a present for my daughter's bedroom. On the day of delivery, two men arrived in an unmarked van. One of the men was extremely hostile and refused to bring the armchair upstairs, demanding extra money. My daughter, who was unaware of this additional cost, explained that it was a gift and that this should have been communicated when they informed me of the delivery time. Their rude and arrogant behavior left my daughter very upset, as they dumped the armchair in the hallway while she was alone with her baby and not having access to the front door. For these reasons, I would not recommend purchasing from this company, as they do not vet their delivery personnel properly.
