Absolutely horrible waste of time
Absolutely horrible waste of time. I was trying to book two business class tickets to Bali. First, I told Soprano my dates weren't flexible and he spammed me with a bunch of other dates besides the ones I requested. Next, he got the airports completely wrong so I had to go back again. He blamed that on him living in Europe. Next, I waited patiently for the correct options for 4 days. I even wrote him on Friday indicating I needed to book before prices go up and he asked me to wait until the next day because he was working on something that would make up for the problems. He missed that timeline too. I didn't hear from him until the end of the forth day where he sent me flights priced higher than the ones, I already booked this morning. This was a complete waste of time.
