avoid like the plauge
hi all, general and medical have really let me down. they really are the worst if the worst. they will avoid helping you at all costs. then won't let you cancel your policy. as they have rejected your claim. wich is honestly a complete discrace. I'm in complete agony. and they do not care at all. the lady I spoke to was possibly the rudest bluntest ever. do not use this company please
