registered my account (Viktoriia Moroz) on September 10th, but it's completely stuck on the welcome screen saying "We are verifying your account. This usually takes a few minutes". It's been weeks and I have no access to the dashboard or settings to fix this. Please review my registration application manually. My ID Customer: 106643553
