Avoid, avoid, avoid!
Arrived on time (after paying £10 postage!) 1st needle was bent so emailed the company twice and they ignored me. I emailed a 3rd twice saying how unhappy I was that I didn’t get a response, and I finally got a reply. I then received a phone call. I had 2 doses out of the pen instead of 4 before it was empty. Clearly the pen hadn’t been topped up with the right dosage but they blamed it on me. Told me I had to buy another pen and start my course again. I explained I couldn’t afford another one after only 2 doses and asked if I could buy just another 2 doses or get a discount. Again blamed me, and no discount offered. As I couldn’t afford it and quite frankly I wasn’t impressed with the managers attitude, I had to stop treatment. What a waste of time and money! Avoid this company, they’re just out to get your money and the customer service is shocking!
