Factura ecuatoriana a empresa

Hola, quiero pagar la expedición de mi título, al momento de colocar los datos de la factura para la empresa qué hará el pago por mi, no me piden RUC en Ecuador lo cual me hace sospechar qué no otorgan factura. No me contestan en UNIR, necesito orientación.
