Uncompetitive pricing, secretive marketing, aggressive sales
Tried to find any substantial information on products and pricing on their website. Tried to download a brochure, they required to fill the form, filled the form. Didn't not receive a brochure. Got a call a couple days later claiming I booked a survey. Told them I want the brochure. Got the brochure. It was useless. Got a call another couple of days later. Told them I didn't find any information about the products in the brochure. Was told I need a visit to survey. Eventually they told me the prices start from £800. Not even sure if it's VAT included. This is the highest price for a single radiator I've seen so far. And they don't even work with Apple/Google/Amazon home. Now I'm getting spammed with their marketing emails. I can understand the quoting process for bespoke products. But this is just colored metal with several wattage options and a controller. You can stock up and sell without any questions asked. This is just strange. I wouldn't Trust it.
