support won’t answer. refill not received.
It’s so hard to reach someone for support. Some of my questions have gone completely unanswered, and others took more than a week to answer. One of the ignored questions was about a hefty consultation fee they charge for EVERY SINGLE ORDER. There’s a refill that I’ve paid for already and haven’t received even a confirmation on, and it’s crickets when I inquired about that, too. The medicine really is a miracle, and it’s unfortunate that this company isn’t reliable enough to give me regular access to it. Hopefully a doctor in my area will prescribe it without charging that extra fee every time, and I won’t have to sit around wondering if they’ll give a refill in time for my next presentation.
