Quite ridiculous as an existing customer need to start again.
Quite ridiculous as an existing customer just moving to a different house that you close our account and make us sign up from scratch as if we are a new customer - required to enter all details such as Pension and Driver's Licence. Your competitors just require one moving house transaction, retain all our details. You were really opening the door for us to consider all other suppliers with no recognition we are an existing customer. NB - after posting above it was really nice to receive a response to apologise and indicate they are working on this issue. They are still a new company and I'll stick with them.
