I wish they had a trial version of this…
I wish they had a trial version of this product. I knew within 2 hours of purchase that it would not meet my needs. I purchased around 6PM one evening and was on the phone at 7am the following Monday trying to get a refund which they refused to do. The customer service/billing process was too complicated. I had to repeatedly call back or wait for a call back to be transferred between departments. It took maybe 4-5 calls (we played a bit of phone tag) and I spoke with 6-7 people. The very last person I spoke with seemed the most knowledgeable about the board and user experience. Here were the concerning issues I noticed immediately after subscribing: 1. There is no way to directly search for loads for a Straight Box Truck vehicles. It's over complicated to search for these type loads. Companies who need a straight truck are using other classifications (Sprinter, Cargo Van, Moving Van, etc - and I am sure they all are not adding the load to the system the same way.) 2. There is no way to hide a load. If my trucks do not meet what is specified, I prefer it to be hidden from my search results. There is an option to block a company. However, that blocks everything that is posted by the company which might include other postings that my vehicles actually qualify for. 3. I have five load boards up in different tabs in my browser, and this board seems to delay loads. I see loads here minutes after I see them on other boards (I will not name). And there are many times that I do not see loads that I see posted on other boards (that could be because of the exclusion of the Straight Box option). Overall, the loads I am looking for do not last long. The loads disappear quickly, and by the time any loads may show up on this board - the load is covered. Note: I set my browser up to auto refresh the load board. So far I've been stuck with the subscription and attempted to use it but it did not meet the needs for my business. A trial option would have been appreciated. Even if it was a 3 day trial. That's better than forcing the the subscription on the customer and refusing to give a refund when it was purchased less than 12 hours earlier.
