Non Existant Customer Service
I returned an item but had to chase repeatedly to find out why I hadn’t been refunded. No response to emails and I waited 17 mins for someone to answer the phone. I was then told I’d pressed the wrong option and had come through to ‘sales’. I definitely didn’t press the wrong option. They put me back in the queue. After 20 mins I gave up and will seek a refund through my credit card company now.
