I’ve just finished my “Complete Nail…
I’ve just finished my “Complete Nail Technician Level 2” course and was sold by the accreditation of ABC, which is a respected and recognisable qualification. When my certificates came through they head lined QLS and no where on my certificate does it mention ABC at all, which it should have head lined with this ( all my emails of passing mention ABC and that’s not what I received)… ABC is a recognised qualification by the government and ofqual, QLS is not I did check!!! …. I purchased my course before all your criteria’s changed in 2021 too so nothing should have changed for me … I feel completely cheated by this. I payed for ABC Certificate and not QLS … even if ABC is part of QLS it’s not what I bought into. QLS maybe a high qualification within the “quality license scheme” but it holds no validity with ofqual or the government which is what I was promised with an ABC certificate when purchasing this course … I would really like this to be sorted please
