We ordered roughly 270 uniforms for a spring baseball & softball Little League season. 90% for the order was completed in a good way and decent quality for the price. The 10% of issues were no logos on visors, sizes not being accurate to order, missing items and some quality issues that can happen. The problem was the lack of customer service in responding to the issues. Almost impossible to speak to someone and when you need them, they were very defensive and combative attitude when you could get a hold of a person. The effort was placed into driving the buyer into an electronic portal that we had already done repeatedly, with no response. The "Chats" do not count as communication and is not relayed to anyone or any function box. A different rep said it had to be an email, and we lost a week of time in bad business process. We are a volunteer organization and do not have dedicated people to stay on this as a full-time job and that is what the subpar customer service made it feel like. All companies have issues, but I would argue how those issues are addressed really defines a company and Epic Sports has been an Epic disappointment in this regard.
