This is the worst bank and the worst customer service I ever see.. Never expect already 2024, bank hotline the person who represent a bank can talk like shxx. Calling to ask about why double charge for a single transaction. Explaining like shxx.. Never solve the problem. Useless bank hotline and F-ing low standard. Please don't use CIMB. Really Shxx......
