New Customer!
I have been impressed with Pelican from the start. I was shopping around for a water system for my new house (well water) and stumbled upon Pelican. I began by visiting their website to investigate, and found the website to be very user friendly. I found the chat feature and began chatting with the employees. I was very impressed to find that the personnel on the other end of the chat are full time employees that work in Deland, FL. I take a longggg time to make decisions on all of my purchases, this being one of them. I found that when I revisited the site to continue my research, the chat was still available around 7pm, with the same personnel. On a third occasion I was redirected to chat with Luisa, who had been handling my case. I found it very refreshing to be able to communicate with the same person, who was aware of my situation, and did not require me to re-explain everything all over again. I received my new system in a timely manner, have received follow-up from Luisa, and found the directions to be very straight forward. I look forward to utilizing the new system! I believe the water quality will be just as good as their customer service! Customer service is everything to me, and Pelican is doing it right. Thanks!
