Deceptive advertising ruined it for me
I saw this advertised and wanted to try it especially when they had the 2 for 1 offer. I saw it advertised so many times as "last days" which is fine but wasn't the case because a month later it is still selling as 2 for 1. I was only able to buy 2 in the one colour though this option has now changed to letting you choose 2 colours. The ad said 100% money back guarantee so I felt it was a safe purchase. The product was nice but the medium colour was orange on me and too dark. They gave me some tips which I tried but the colour was the same. They do NOT live up to their claims of a money back guarantee or the offer to send the product back no questions asked. Buried in their T&C's is the fact it doesnt apply to multi pack orders. But I couldn't buy it any other way other than 2 packs. It clearly says twice in their ad and on the checkout screen that about the 100% money back guarantee. They offered me 30% back which I had to reluctantly accept as it was better than nothing. I liked the product but it was the wrong colour for me. I will buy another one to try the correct colour but it leaves me disappointed when companies selling high volumes make false claims in their advertising and we as the consumer can't do anything about it.
