Unreliable

Communication was ok in the beginning but the day before the event and day of it became near impossible to speak with anyone. Hired transportation for a 90 minute meeting and the bus was 45 minutes late. Even when talked to dispatch 5 minutes before departure time they kept saying that everything was on schedule. Company unwilling to offer more than a 7% discount for the inconvenience to over 300 people.
