I would love to give this product more, but cost to value is terrible
The quality of the water is good, the price increased by £50 over the space of 2 weeks, so they can accommodate free shipping to Europe. I had to send my machine back after 4 weeks, firstly the boiling water is not boiling. Then all the lights started flashing and the machine stopped working. This is not a cheap machine for there to be so many problems early on. There is no one to come out and service this, instead i have had to disconnect the machine and send it back to be fixed and then returned. The staff are quite rude and there were lots of difficulties re the initial purchase. They sell a 5 year product warranty with this, but i would imagine within 5 years they would be out of business.
