The trip included everything we requested. Any issues were handled promptly and always professionally. Linda kept me well informed and personally contacted me immediately if something arose she perceived as a possible issue. We were traveling by train several times and took many tours. The instructions on the evouchers were clear and easy to follow. We had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend Linda and your agency to anyone. Well done !!!
