Absolutely horrible and useless customer service

Absolutely horrible and useless experience with their customer service! I have an order that contains baby clothes, which I now need asap, as my baby can be born any day now. I received an email from Sinsay saying there was apparently a fire in Romania and that my order will be delayed, not stating at all any info how long it will be delayed etc. I have now been waiting for ages to receive my order and this is super unprofessional! I want my order delivered ASAP! Ps: tried their live chat, waited for 15/20 mins someone to reply to me, at the end no one did and I sided the chat. Absolutely useless!
