HORRENDOUS COMPANY WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND (SEE REPLY)
I can honestly say, this has been a horrendous ordeal, dealing with this company. I purchased a 27inch model in August 2020. It arrived cracked. After number calls/emails and broken promises of delivery dates of the new batch of TV's coming, I finally received my new TV in December 2020 (4 months later) However they sent the wrong one, a lower model than I had paid for. At this point, I no longer had the energy to deal with all the emails and calls again to wait for a new one, so asked them to refund the difference and I would keep this one. They agreed, but didn't pay it back. Now after more emails, with their apologies and promise that they will still send it.....Nothing. I understand stock levels have been affected by covid etc (hence I've left this a long time to resolve before leaving this review) However the whole dealings feels like a "one man band" Type of set up, it's very unprofessional, they are ridiculously difficult to get a hold of or return your call and the constant calling/emailing etc is tiring. I wish I'd went somewhere more professional than this shop. As for the TV itself, It looks nice, but that's all. The picture quality is no where near as good as you'd expect/hope for, and the sound is horrible. I have to plug in a separate set of speakers to get a suitable sound from it. I have an email from Sarason to explain that they agree, the sound is poor, and many of their customers plug in an external set of speakers. They certainly don't mention this on their website. To Sarasons reply. This is EXACTLY the response I would expect from you. I have countless emails and phone calls documented of my time trying to resolve this, and after all of this (including a promised refund that STILL has not come through as of todays date 13/1/21) This is the type of reply I anticipated from such an unprofessional set up as yours. And for the record, if I ordered a TV in August 2020, returned it in August 2020 and by December 2020 STILL didn't have the correct TV but one that I was prepared to accept.....it's not rocket science, this is 4 months. To your second amended reply, I will happily pass all correspondence onto Trustpilot so they can confirm the veracity of this review and everything I have accused your company of. You really have solidated my review in confirming how unprofessional your company is with you replies...thank you! 3rd and final reply, as you don't seem to know when to stop, I'm going to ignore all messages from you after this point and await any correspondence from Trust Pilot (should they get in touch, as per your threat). Yes I like using Trust pilot as I feel its a very trustworthy and unbiased review site. In the last 6 weeks, I've left 4 x 1 star reviews and 3 x 5 stars. I like to give credit where it is due, and prewarn others of my personal experience when need be. As for your latest comment, you LITERALLY just proved my point. Based on all the stress and grief I've had dealing with Sarason since August 2020, I was ready to leave a review, and it wasn't going to be a positive one, and as you are a small business, was giving you EVERY opportunity to put things right. Since that point however, I was still getting wrong dates promised, still having to chase you up with emails and calls, received the wrong TV, and promised a refund which didn't and STILL hasn't came back and more calls and emails. Therefore, you 100% earned the 1 star review left. Accept your failure on this occasion and hopefully you will learn how to run your business properly, which includes NOT having a full blown back and forth conversation, and pasting customer emails onto your replies. Another example of you being incredibly unprofessional.
