What a scam Greggs used to give you a stamp card pay for 9 coffee get 10th free I had collected my stamps presented my card only to be told they no longer accept them I had to use the new application which I down loaded having served 20 year's in the Royal military police both in Ireland and overseas in war situations where I sustained a brain injury and witnessed 3 of my men killed in an ambush I sometimes have to spend a few weeks at a time having CT scans x-ray just to make sure everything is all good after the trauma sustained to my head and leg's what a shock I got when I went to use my free hot drink and cake only to be told that they have a time limit on when you can redeem the items you have saved for surly if you have saved the stamps you have saved them and are entitled to the item you have saved for apparently not in greggs if you have to spend a lot of time in hospital due to service to this country who cares not greggs to summarise I lost my first coffee because they withdrew the stamp card's I then lost my second coffee and cake as a result of a time limit from when you complete the task to be honest I have noticed like everywhere else the prices are creeping up and every little helps when you are on a Military pension which is pretty poor considering all the side effects I suffer from including PTSD long and short-term memory loss 46 diffrent tablets per day just to function and try and reduce my seizures I would have thought the woman could have taken the card and used discretion for 1 coffee but no so I just got embarrassed in front of a shop full of customers paid for the coffee and other items and left to now discover they time limit free item's in the new application they push on us to use I honestly think it's time I try to find a small independent bakery who value my custom and not as I see it cheat me out of items saved for forgive the lack of punctuation but I had to learn to read write and speak English again and my second language gone for ever as I believe I will be from Greggs shame on you Greggs I wonder if they even read these reviews probably to arrogant to bother never mind I definitely don't think my service entitles me to a free pass but I do expect fair and transparent treatment good bye Greggs.if you wish to contact me if you care briandennis335@gmail
