Disrespectful Staff
Went to North Coburg store this afternoon. As I was paying for my shopping, some technical error arise as receipt couldn't get print where money has been deducted from my card already also I received notification from my bank as well. Guy who was serving me told me this transaction has been reversed. I told him money been deducted from my card already. As another lady jumped in to the matter not sure if she was the manager. She rang somewhere to confirm whether transaction was successful or been reversed. Without any explanation she said to me its been reversed you have to pay it again. I goes to her "what do you mean I have to pay again, money has been deducted from my account already as I hold a proof of transaction on my mobile screen. Suddenly she yelled at me " its been reversed, You have to pay again". And walked away. I am her customer i have every right to ask questions where I held a proof too.If she is the manager that's a disgrace who doesn't have basic customer service and so disrespectful towards customer. Ended up paying it again in a hope won't get charge twice. Guy who served me was helpful though, wrote note at the back of receipt just in case if I have to come back for refund. Been Aldi customer for few years never had bad experience. But this time looks like I chose wrong store to shop. Aldi you should upgrade your HR to recruit some quality staff.
