A family of 4 had a breakdown.
A family of 4 had a breakdown in underground tunnels in Iceland (3km eachway to get out). Were/still are stuck there for 5hours+, trying to reach Lava car Rental services (note on website they were open). Called the Icelandic road assitance for help, I tried calling Lava no answer, my colleague tried calling no answer. Horrible service and ruined the trip for this family.
