They are the sorriest people. Paid for same day delivery, next day called about my order, was told it was at the store and I could pick it up. They couldn't tell me when it would be delivered as they rely on outside services for delivery. They told me I could call their corporate customer service. That took 2 calls, you can't understand the non American on the other end of the call and they don't know what they are doing. Day 3, still no delivery, called the store again and spoke to a "manager" who said my order was still at the store. She said they use Uber and other services for delivery and if she could find a number I could call them. I told her that was not my job to keep making calls, it was their job to provide the service they were paid for. She said I could have someone pick up the order to which I said "you mean I should do the job I paid extra for?" Are you kidding me, CANCEL MY ORDER. She said that could take up to 3 days for the refund to show up and I said...well I have been waiting 3 days for a same day delivery, so we will see. Good by....hung up.
