Super fast at taking your money for goods they don’t have but slow as treacle refunding it
I placed an order on 20 September for an e-bike due to be available for delivery in October. The website T&C’s clearly state “once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and....”. My bike was clearly not in stock and won’t now be available now until at least Q1 2021 yet my card has been charged in full and when I ask for a refund this will typically take 21 working days. Every other company I deal with can process a refund same day or next day at the latest. Please ask yourself why this company can’t and why they are taking payment for goods they don’t have. Avoid at all costs and use a company with morals. Update in response to the reply from Easy Rider - Can you please confirm why you charged my card in direct contravention of your T&C’s. when you are not disputing that the bike was and is still unavailable. You may also wish to consider that the time spent replying to this review was most likely comparable with the time it would have taken to process my refund for the payment you had no right to take in the first place. It’s a shame you didn’t utilise this time to process my refund instead. Update 7/10/2020. It’s now been a week since I asked for a refund. No further contact and still no refund.
