Sadly after 10 days and counting my online order has yet to be processed. I have been told "it's a busy time due to a huge amount of orders", which is likely rubbish. I have figured that anaconda just doesn't have it in stock at the warehouse and they're waiting for the next order from wherever the products are made. Why can't they just be honest and state online that the products are out of stock instead of misleading customers. Yes, they'd lose business in the short run however customers would return in the future. However, this way one annoyed customer will now leave bad feedback and vow to never shop there again. Not that the children running the place would care.
