Excellent customer service from Helen (don’t have a last name for her). A few items from my order hadn’t arrived despite tracking saying ‘delivered’. I wasn’t able to select refund for two other items. Helen looked into the matter, helped with the refund and located the missing items. She kept me informed at all times. SilkFred has an excellent selection of clothing from numerous outlets so it’s very convenient to use. Have used them once before and happy with the goods.
