Horrible experience with canceled tickets, lack of refund and lack of concierge service
I had the most horrific experience with this site. I tried to book business class tickets to Spain. First, it took days for them to get personal information into the reservations and confirm them. When i tried to fix INCORRECT information in the record, the airline canceled my tickets. The company has yer to refund my money but they say it is being processed. Then they booked new flights on a different (so I had to change my hotels) but these tickets were booked using their own miles. My partner then had a medical emergency and even though I notified them before 24 hours, they refused to cancel her ticket and refund me. And I did pay EXTRA for concierge service As I investiated further, I determined that the ticket was a mileage ticket booked by them, which is totally refundable (return of miles) if not used. Yet the company has refused to return my money (new payment, I might add as the prior flight has not yet been refunded). This apprehensible action of the company has caused me to lose over 3k USD. I find the actions of the company and the service to be the absolute worse and I would not recommend anyone to use this company. Their customer service is slow and full of excuses.
