Best tech support call I've ever had.

Had an issue with my internet, so called tech support and was *immediately* speaking to a human being. I thought I had entered the twilight zone! 😆 I'm so used to going through automated support; "press 1 for this", "press 2 for that", then waiting half an hour to talk to someone - I was caught a little off guard. Even better; I was speaking to a native English speaker, over a clear connection. So no trying to jam my phone down my ear to hear better or having to constantly ask the person on the other end to repeat themselves. Support was also swift and courteous. It turned out the fault was due to a WiFi booster I had bought and no fault of Squirrel. The final positive of the call, was they then recommended I change my ethernet cable as it had a poor throughput so was likely damaged. I've never had support of this caliber before - especially from an internet provider, and I'm paying half of what I did with my previous provider with 5x the *actual* Mbps. The only "negative" I have for Squirrel, is that I wish they had been available in my area sooner.
