Julie is so attentive and caters for every small detail
Julie is so attentive and flexible. Changes of holidays - no problem. Changes within the itinerary - no problem. This is our 3rd holiday through Travel counsellors with Julie and I have recommended many friends who have also had a great experience. This time we visited the arctic circle! Yes we went to Svalbard. Julie did tons of research about the hotels to select the best one suited for our family and shared hints and tips about trips and restaurants. She spoke to me at each stage prior to booking re the flight times and use of lounges etc. Always highly recommended.
