You know when you call a company and you have to hold for a little while to be connected, usually during peak times? Imagine that first thing in the morning... For over an hour... Their support is an absolute joke and with (and I quote from Live Chat) "..no provisioning for call-backs..". As someone who works in the I.T. Industry, I know that if I had a customer on hold for that time I'd be hung, drawn and quartered and having no provisioning for call-backs is madness. I've dealt with enough large companies over the years who have 24/7 support to know how it's done right, and hell, even Microsoft have provisioning for call-backs. I cannot strongly recommend that you use someone else for your web-hosting and domain needs.
