good through sales but installation...
All good through sales but installation was awful. Bodged work, damage items in my house and the property, left the window frames in a filthy condition and said it was my fault. Manager didn't care. I asked for a look round to check the window before paying as they state I'm allowed to do but the manager refused and the team rang me and put so much pressure on me to pay (making me feel I'm breaking the law) that I paid. I complained about the service. Had one call from a manager saying he will email and arrange a visit. That was a month ago. Still nothing despite numerous messages sent on my part. Don't be fooled by this lot, they are good until they have you, then really bad.
