Extremely Disappointed – 1 month = no updates
I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with Interdiscount. I used to be a loyal customer and had never had any major issues before, but this last order has been a complete disaster. My order was never delivered, and it’s now been over three weeks with no update. Every time I call, I’m told the same thing: “We’re following up” or “Someone will call you back.” But no one ever calls back. To make matters worse, today I had the pleasure of speaking with a customer service agent who yelled at me on the phone, completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. This whole situation is incredibly frustrating and shows a serious lack of customer care and organization. I’m very disappointed and strongly reconsidering ever ordering from Interdiscount again. They seriously need to improve their order handling and customer support. Update : after one month As of today, I still have no news and no reimbursement. Despite numerous follow-ups and promises that someone would get back to me, nothing has happened. This is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication and accountability from Interdiscount is shocking. I feel ignored and disrespected as a customer. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in the company. I will definitely not be ordering from Interdiscount again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious.
