Avoid at all costs. I had to cancel my reservation because my flight was delayed. A month later, they still charged me the full fee and even threatened me with legal action. I tried to be reasonable and even offered to make another reservation with them later to compensate, but I was completely ignored. Moreover, when Panek themselves canceled a reservation, I received no compensation or even an apology. They are simply the worst—I strongly advise against using their service. You're better off taking the train than dealing with Panek.
