Appalling customer service (updated)
Terrible customer service. I bought my scooter 2y ago and it suddenly stopped working. (I don’t use the scooter everyday so that seems very poor quality after just 2 years of light use) I emailed CS and paid £40 for them to collect the scooter and sent to the shop for repair. They delivered my bike 10 days later, the box shattered, multiple new scratches and the scooter is still broken. I’ve contacted CS 3x time and no answer. This is absolutely catastrophic customer relations coming from a brand that prides itself for an amazing customer care. You should have a serious look on how to deal with requests, invest in training your team to check and reply to emails. They were quick to take my money and go radio silence. UPDATE: 16.05 CS has been in touch and after explaining all the issues I’ve had, they kindly sent me another bike (free of charge). I want to thank Manpreet who has been very helpful and hope customers won’t have to leave bad reviews in order to get the treatment they deserve in the future.
