I purchased a shower stool and a 4 wheelwalker for my 92 year old grandma. Within 3 days of my purchase, she had 3 falls and is now confined to a wheelchair. I have attempted to return the products unopened. I phoned several times, emailed, requested a returns form. No response, I drove to the Yatala address and the company doesnt even trade out of these premises. Terrible after sales support. Told to contact A Current Affair to make a complaint. They dont care, only money hungry grubs. Be aware when going to purchase anything from this company.
