I Need Help – "Pending Cancel" Status After I Decided to Keep My Membership
I’m very disappointed with how Planet Fitness is handling my membership. I had scheduled a cancellation for July 16, 2025, but I changed my mind and told my home club in Chelsea, MA that I wanted to continue my PF Black Card Plus membership. They said they could not. I’ve been a member since May 6, 2025. I really enjoy the gym and want to stay, but I’m worried that my membership will be canceled automatically because this issue hasn’t been resolved. I already tried reaching out directly, but no one is giving me a clear answer. I’m posting this here hoping that someone from Planet Fitness corporate can help me fix this before July 16. Please remove the “Pending Cancel” status and confirm that my membership is active and uninterrupted. I want to keep training with Planet Fitness!
