Spain..Murcia office...Collected car at night in dark. Indicated damage at rear which could be seen rest ok.. On return, the girl made comment that i had separate Insurance policy, which I thought strange. Checked over car and she found a small scrape circa (about 1mm wide & 2 inches long) on the bottom skirting of the front bumper.. Car was dirty from normal use. It wasn't visible but she knew it was there... I actually had to go down on your hands & knees to see it and she wiped car to find it... I didn't do it, and you'd have to know of its whereabouts to have found it.... Charged nearly 160 euros for damage /admin, despite protests. She didn't care and just smiled. Used Firefly for years and wont ever again. This was to make money.... Whoever did the previous damage no doubt has had to pay but no work done... Dont trust.
